the Presumpscot
Trail
Join Trails Foreman, Charlie Baldwin, on the Presumpscot Trail
to hear about the flora and fauna along the river. Charlie will
also explain how wildlife has benefited from the dismantling
of the Smelt Hill Dam formerly on this site. Meet at
the Overset Trail Head: Take Allen Ave east
and turn left onto Summit Street. After Oat Nuts Park take a
right on Curtis Road. Follow Curtis Road to Overset Road. Turn
right on Overset Road and park at dead end. Trail head is on
the right.

Tour will visit the interment
sites of notable area residents
while learning about conservation
efforts at Eastern Cemetery. Meet at entrance of Eastern
Cemetery on Congress St at the base of Munjoy Hill.

the local history of the colorful Trolley Era with beautiful
natural history and contemporary efforts to clean our environment...
