a. Capisic Brook Trail All trails,Birding,Dog-friendly,Mountain Biking,Snowshoeing,Wheelchair Accessible Capisic Park is a city-owned, 18-acre preserve with views of Capisic Pond, Portland ‘s largest freshwater pond. More info.
a. Eastern Promenade Trail All trails,Dog-friendly,Wheelchair Accessible Paved/gravel waterfront trail built along an old rail corridor and owned by city offers spectacular harbor and ocean views. More info.
a. Evergreen Cemetery All trails,Biking,Birding,Cross Country Skiing,Dog-friendly,Mountain Biking,Snowshoeing,Wheelchair Accessible Evergreen is the second- largest cemetery in Maine, and has a lovely city-owned park area with ponds and a network of wooded trails behind the cemetery. More info.
a. Fore River Parkway Trail All trails Trail links the Portland Transportation Center bus/train station to West Commercial Street. The wide, paved trail features views of the Fore River, passes Mercy Hospital, with access to Mercy’s Pond Loop Trail. Cyclists should use crosswalks when entering W Commercial St from trail. Ends at outer Congress Street with sidewalks to connect with Stroudwater Trail and Fore River Sanctuary. More info.

a. Fort Allen Steps All trails A collaborative project with the Friends of the Eastern Promenade, these steps are an important connection between Eastern Prom Trail and the park at Fort Allen.
a. Fort Sumner Steps All trails,Dog-friendly Finished in 2013, this is a popular neighborhood through-route. The steep trail and granite staircase ends at the popular Sumner Park, with some of the best sunset views of the city. Be sure to check out the Marion St murals as well! More info.
a. Gould Street Commons Point of Interest A lovely neighborhood pocket park with benches and hand-laid stonework. A great gateway into one of Portland's most interesting neighborhoods and a gathering place for neighbors.

a. Jack Path All trails,Dog-friendly A popular walking route for students and residents, this wooded trail connects the East End Community School on North Street with Munjoy Heights’ shared street, and continues down to Washington Ave. More info.
a. Jewell Falls Point of Interest Named after founder Tom Jewell, this is the only waterfall in Portland. Benches and bridge are available for exploring/enjoying the falls.
a. Loring Memorial Steps All trails,Point of Interest These steps connect the top of North St to the Eastern Promenade Trail and Back Cove. Great skyline view at top of steps and a view of Mount Washington on a clear day!

Trail follows the river with great views of Presumpscot Falls. More info.

Presumpscot River Trail: Blackstrap/Golfcourse Connector All trails,Cross Country Skiing,Mountain Biking,Snowshoeing Trail connects Riverside Drive and the winter golfcourse trails to Blackstrap Road. It is also an important part of the Sebago to Sea trail. Follow light pink underlay for Sebago to Sea trail.

a. Thompson's Point Parklet Boat Access,Point of Interest Built in 2016, this Libbytown "secret" spot features benches, a swing, and great views of the Fore River (and some great concerts too)! Connects to Fore River Trail.
a. Tidewater Farm Trails All trails Tidewater Farm is a historic saltwater farm which has recently been developed. The trail connects Clearwater Drive to Skitterygussset Creek, offering sweeping views of the Presumpscot River Estuary and a rustic path through thick woods.
a. Tobogan Run & Western Prom Carriage Paths All trails These paths cut down the hill from Western Prom sidewalks, connecting Valley St. dog park and community garden to the West End.

a. Westbrook Schools to Skatepark All trails These trails connect Westbrook's city skate park behind Hannafords to both the town's Middle and High Schools and athletic fields, making it easy for students and the public to walk between campuses.
