“Happy Trails” is scheduled for the
evening of Friday, May 8th, 2009 at The
Portland Club on State Street
in Portland. We'll have delicious hors
d'oeuvres from Black Tie Catering, great
live music by Big Chief, and more than
200 exciting silent auction items! Our
2008 auction attracted more than 300
people and was tremendously successful—supporting
trail development and open space conservation
all across greater Portland .

Auction
Table Monitor: Circulate
around the
auction tables
helping people
with their
bidding questions
and making
sure people
are bidding
correctly.
The last
shift of
volunteers
will collect
bid sheets
when the
auction closes
and turn
them in to
the checkout
area for
processing.
