Discovery Trek: Mindfulness, Movement & Meditation

Join Portland Trails for a guided meditation walk and morning yoga session with trained yoga instructor, Lauren Znachko. . Our movement will include a mindful walk at 7:30, followed by a gentle yoga practice that supports a peaceful and stable body, mind and spirit. Whether you are wrapping up your week, returning from vacation or preparing for an adventurous weekend, we would love to support your well-being in connection with the great outdoors and other nature-lovers.
This workshop is specifically designed for service and non-profit professionals: teachers, nurses, social workers, faith leaders etc., but is open to all. REGISTER HERE.
