Oat Nuts Park is a 1930’s era subdivision of 10’ x 10’ parcels, the deeds to which were given away as prizes from Oat Nuts cereal. The City of Portland has reclaimed the parcels and created a public park. Today, the park features a popular trail through the woods that connects to the Presumpscot River Preserve. The Lyseth/Moore Trail can be reached via sidewalks on Summit Street and Sumac Street.

Oat Nuts Park Access: Please do not park at the end of Surrey Ln. Recommended parking is at the Lyseth School or Overset Rd. This park is owned by City of Portland, and maintained collaboratively.

This trail is sponsored by Adopt-A-Trail partner Northeast Delta Dental
